RTG to buy Kirschman's

The article reports on the acquisition of Rooms To Go Inc. (RTG) with Kirschman's company's five stores as part of the company's expansion plan in New Orleans, Louisiana. The stores acquired include stores in baton Rouge, Covington, Gulfport, and two New Orleans. The stores will be opened in mid-September after its closure for remodeling under the name of RTG. Under the contract, Krischman's still holds the right to the family name but will be unable to use it for furniture retail operation.
