ABSTRACT
The article reports box office revenue for the films "X-Men: The Last Stand" and "The Da Vinci Code." In France, the premiere showing of the former was generated 2.4 million dollars in revenue at 756 playdates on May 24, 2006, while the latter earned 1.3 million dollars on the same period. Meanwhile, the launched of "X-Men" in Australia garnered 1.1 million dollars at 409 cinemas, while "Da Vinci" earned 24.1 million dollars in Great Britain and 16.2 million dollars in Germany.
