ABSTRACT
The article reports the bonds issued to the University of Hartford by the Connecticut Health and Education Facilities Authority. The 50 million dollar bonds of the University of Hartford will be used to fund capital projects and to refund outstanding debt. According to the authority's executive director, the University of Hartford has shown solid progress and has managed its finances very well. The University of Hartford has been rated by the Standard & Poor's with BBB-minus.
