In Florida, a 1.2 billion dollars deal from the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund Finance Corp. would be offered for sale in which the proceeds will help pay reinsurance claims. Meanwhile, the New York market would accommodate four major deals which include the 456 million dollars New York State Environmental Facilities Corp. revolving fund revenue bond sale.
