The article reports that the play "Hairspray" will close at Luxor Las Vegas, Nevada after fewer than 150 performances. Co-producer Michael Gill explains that the show failed to find the audience it needed for it to continue. He acknowledges the support provided by executives of Luxor and its parent, MGM Mirage.
