ABSTRACT
The article reports on the proactive strategy embarked by Intel Capital, which involves larger investment stakes and more active collaboration, much of which will focus outside the U.S. in 2006. In 2005, Intel Capital announced the formation of a series of geographic investment fund outside the U.S. According to Intel Capital Arvind Sodhani, the company will be more proactive in areas of investment rounds, active board collaboration and taking larger investment stakes in portfolio companies.
