This article announces the appointment of McCann-Erickson Worldwide's Jo-Ann Munoz as senior vice president at Gillespie, a Princeton, New Jersey-based direct marketing shop acquired by McCann, in May 1999. Munoz brought branding experience with clients such as Chesebrough-Pond's, Nabisco and Sprint. As senior vice president, Munoz will be responsible for ongoing strategy for Columbia House and Electric Schoolhouse. Munoz also helps craft strategy for new-business pitches. She graduated at Colgate University in Hamilton, New York with a Bachelor of Art Degree in English Literature.
