ABSTRACT
The article reports on the promotion of a clean technology initiated by Goldman Sachs & Co. in Ottawa, Ontario. The alternative energy investor operated 30 million Canadian dollars into ethanol production facility. The company also purchased the Horizon Wind Energy as part of the alternative energy advocacy. The incentives in the Energy Policy Act 2005 also induced the production of alternative energy.
