Perirenal lymphatic filariasis presenting as chyluria during pregnancy

The article presents the magnetic resonance image of perirenal lymphatic filariasis taken from a Samoan woman, who was detected to have chyluria during the time she was pregnant. She developed a milky-like urine on the course of her pregnancy. After delivery, she showed no sign or recurrence of chyluria for the past 6 months.
