The article reports that Tartan USA has acquired the U.S. distribution rights to films "Election" and "Election 2," both directed by Johnnie To, from Celluloid Dreams. According to the article, the films were screened in official selection at Cannes in 2005 and 2006. Other film rights acquired by Tartan include "Red Road".
