ABSTRACT
The article reports on U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Robert Gerber's ruling in favor of the cable company, Adelphia in an anti-trust case filed by America Channel. According to the case, America Channel filed the lawsuit to prevent the sale of Adelphia assets to Time Warner Cable and Comcast. American Channel argued that the sale of Adelphia assets is unfair and is a part of a monopolistic plan.
