ABSTRACT
The article reports that German contractor and process engineer Zimmer has sold its Polytrade subsidiary to India's Zoom Developers. Polytrade will continue to work closely with Zimmer and will remain its marketing partner for polyester granulates, polyamides and fibres from Zimmer-built plants. It will also continue polyester additive and catalyst production and its marketing activities under licence from Zimmer.
