ABSTRACT
The article reports on Standard & Poor's Corp.'s move of raising its rating on nine Hibernia National Bank letter of credit-backed issues in Louisiana. Ratings for those issues were raised to BBB-plus from BBB. The bank's rating was also similarly upgraded. The issues totaled 188 million dollars and included equipment and capital facility pooled loan program revenue bonds.
