ABSTRACT
The article reports on the start of the Stony Brook Film Festival on July 20, 2006. The film "Heavens Fall," starring Leelee Sobieski and Timothy Hutton, will make its East Coast premiere at the festival which will be held in Long Island, New York. The closing film will be "Aurora Borealis" directed by James Burke and starring Joshua Jackson and Donald Sutherland.
