ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Fledgling Fund will present cash awards to filmmakers participating in the "Spotlight on Documentaries" section of the IFP Market which will be held in New York City on September 17-21, 2006. The cash awards will be worth $10,000 each. The deadline for submission of entries is on June 5.
