ABSTRACT
The article reports that the American television network CBS, under the leadership of its chief executive Leslie Moonves, will sell its 39 radio stations in midsize markets. It will focus on bigger markets. It has also sold its Paramount Parks to Cedar Fair. CBS radio stations performed poorly. Proceeds could be used to fund dividend distribution and network programming.
