ABSTRACT
The article presents news briefs on market trends and data regarding chemical products as of May 11, 2006. Naphtha prices in Asia has increased by some $9/tonne over the week. In Asia, ethylene prices softened slightly to $1060-1070/tonne. Propylene spot prices remain notionally in the $815-830/tonne range in Europe with no reported deals in the past week.
