Vysotsk to get new terminal

The article reports on a plan of Russia's Northern Leningrad region to invest in a methanol export terminal. The terminal to be built near Vysotsk port in the Vyborg district, is planned to be completed by 2008. The regional authority expects the terminal to attract Russian methanol exports, which are channelled through Baltic ports.
