ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA), which sanctions rodeos throughout the U.S., has reversed its decision to move its headquarters and hall of fame from Colorado to Albuquerque, New Mexico, leaving on the table some $17 million in low-interest loans and grants offered by New Mexico officials. The PRCA, will remain in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The rejection came after trustees of the Pro-Rodeo Hall of Fame on 15 May 2006, voted unanimously not to move its operations from Colorado.
