ABSTRACT
The article reports on Retailer Rooms To Go's multimillion investment to standardize on Dell retail computer hardware and service to help manage growth at more than 100 stores. The retailer installed more than 1,200 Dell OptiPlex SX280 desktop computers with all-in-one 17-inch liquid crystal display flat screen monitors used as point-of-sale registers.
