ABSTRACT
The article reports that an underlying A2 rating has been assigned by Moody's Investors Service Inc. to the Series 2006 sales tax revenue bonds of Bay County, Florida. The upgraded rating is proclaimed on the good coverage of debt service, before self-support of solid-waste/sales tax bonds, and satisfactory sales tax receipts. Ambac Assurance Corp. is expected to insure to bonds.
