ABSTRACT
The article reports on the business performance of Wayne, New Jersey-based Audible Inc. for the first quarter of 2006. The company obtained a 38 percent gain in the number of new customers over the same period in 2005. Though the company recorded a 53 percent increase in revenue, it still posted a net loss of about three million dollars.
