ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Delaware Economic and Financial Advisory Council has estimated that the revenue will rise in 2006 in Delaware. The primary driver for the added revenue is larger–than–expected personal income tax receipts. The state is planning to limit the amount of debt it issues to its general fund revenue.
