ABSTRACT
The article reports that St. Joseph County Superior Court Judge Michael Scopelitis has decided not to rule on a lawsuit seeking to halt the long–term lease of the Indiana Toll Road in Indiana. The state has been seeking an expedited hearing on the suit filed by the Citizens Action Coalition. Plaintiffs are challenging the constitutionality of the agreement to lease the Indiana Toll road.
