ABSTRACT
The article shares the author's insights pertaining to how a state can solve its energy crisis problems, particularly in New Orleans. He emphasized that true political leadership can help develop a national energy policy that will provide an alternative energy sources in a more efficient manner. Further, this will encourage the exploration and production of oil and gas.
