ABSTRACT
The article reports on the impact created by the enactment of the law which will limit property tax bills on two percent of assessed tax value by 2010 in Indiana. There are some bond professionals in the state that calls for the adjustment of the law which also exclude exemption for taxes securing existing bonds or new debt, or other means of raising revenues.
