The article reports on the suggestion by the Oklahoma City Redevelopment Authority to establish a special tax increment finance district for the Oklahoma Health Center in Oklahoma. The proposal which needs the approval by the representatives of various government institutions, could generate additional revenues for construction of parking facilities and research park enhancements.
