ABSTRACT
The article reports on sale of the tax revenue bonds by the Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority to support the completion of building project for the Oklahoma Supreme Court and expansion of the Wiley Post Historical Building in Oklahoma. The negotiated amount of 22 million dollars of state lease revenues will finance the initiative that would provide additional courtrooms and office space.
