ABSTRACT
The article reports on the refunding of bond offerings of Northside Independent School District (Northside ISD) and the Keller Independent School District (Keller ISD) in Texas. The refunding of bond aims to get some savings before expected interest rate increases in coming months. Nothside ISD has planned to issue 136.7 million dollars of variable bond rate while Keller ISD has offered 89.6 million dollars of government obligation refunding bonds.
