Scott's Push to Change Audit Process Draws Negative Reactions

Mark Scott to alter the audit process. At the meeting of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts, Scott called for a re-thinking of the IRS' approach to tax-exempt bond (TEB) enforcement via legislative and structural changes to the TEB program.
