Reports that Connecticut State Treasurer Denise Nappier has issued a request for proposal for a firm to provide Sudan research and investment screening services for the state's $22 billion Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds. Preparation for a possible legislation which would affect investments in Sudan; Similar preparation done by the Missouri State Employees' Retirement System.
