The article presents information on an approach being employed by Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. when planning international conferences and meetings, particularly with issues of safety and risk management in May 2006. The application of due diligence in meetings planning, according to Mary Keough-Anderson, manager of conference and meeting management at Liberty, is discussed.
