ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the extention of the watch list status of Wall Street Associates by the San Diego City Employees Retirement System. The company, which manages $61 million of micro capital growth equity for the pension fund has been on the watch list since November 2002. It is in the watch lists due to performance reasons. The article reflects that the firm has presented its investment process and philosophy to the pension plan's trustees that is a process for those enlisted in the watch list.
