The article focuses on the ratings of primetime television programs in the U.S. The military-themed dramas "NCIS" and "The Unit" has scored a second-place finish while "Law & Order" SVU" closed its season at the top seat. The third-season final of "NCIS" averaged a 3.8 rating with 16.49 million overall viewers. "The Unit" will end its season as television's number one adult drama program.
