ABSTRACT
The article deals with the Sales, Productivity, Earnings and Quality Plan (SPEQ), an information and training program developed by the National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) in the U.S. The views of NTEA executive director Jim Carney on changes in the truck equipment industry are presented. The features and advantages of the SPEQ program are also discussed.
