ABSTRACT
The article presents tips on applying certain tools in employee hiring and retention, according to a presentation by Ron Wolff of Caliper and Steven Sill of Aspen Equipment Co. during The Work Truck Show in the U.S. in 2006. The reasons usually given by employees for leaving a company are cited, including job dissatisfaction. The advantages of using personality-assessment tools are discussed.
