The article focuses on a Web site called H-Lounge launched by HarmonyLine, a company in the U.S. that caters to new composers by allowing visitors to create their own ringtones using a music composition software called Hyperscore. H-Lounge is also a Web community where members are encouraged to share their ringtones with others. H-Lounge charges $2 for every downloaded ringtone. The key buyer of H-Lounge ringtones are the members' parents or grandparents.
