ABSTRACT
The article reports on the launch of a venture capital fund, LSP BioVentures, by Syngenta in May 2006. It will be managed by Life Sciences Partners, a biotech venture capital firm. According to David Jones, head of business development at Syngenta, funds will be invested in growth companies and technology start-up opportunities.
