ABSTRACT
The article discusses the development in the video game products of Sega. According to Robert Leffler, Sega of America's licensing and merchandising manager, the success of Sonic video games also by Sega is due to the first two Sonic series. Another success under the name of Sega is the world's first electronic handheld Happy Meals program at McDonald's. Over 60 million premiums were purchased.
