The article reports that several bonding bills have been lined for final passage and submission to Hawaii governor Linda Lingle before the week ended May 5, 2006. Among the bills are the SB 2479 that includes special-purpose revenue bonds for agricultural infrastructure, and a bill with special-purpose revenue bond for low-and-moderate-income housing.
