Bear Stearns to Run N.J.'s TTF Restructuring

Inc. will serve as its senior managing underwriter on its proposed refunding and restructuring deal which being scheduled in May 2006. The Department of Transportation spokesperson Erin Phalon has emphasized that the authority's board has approved the transaction.
