The article reports on the approval of the sale of 300 million dollars of airport revenue bonds by the Dayton-Montgomery County Port Authority in Ohio. The deal is expected to be the largest ever single bond issue for a port authority in the state's history. The authority plans to bring the sale with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as the underwriter.
