ABSTRACT
The article reports that the shipment of steel and aluminum products from U.S. service centers have increased in February 2006, according to the Metals Activity Report of the Metals Service Center Institute. Service centers in Canada had a decline in steel shipments from its volume in the previous year. Month-end steel inventory-to-sales ratios increased from January levels for the U.S., while Canada's have decreased. Figures of steel and aluminum shipments of both countries are presented.
