Mittal Executives Stump for Arcelor Takeover

The article reports that executives of the Mittal Steel Co. are eagerly anticipating the proposed merger with Arcelor SA. Mittal Steel CEO Lou Schorsch stated at the Steel Business Briefings Steel Markets North American Conference, that the merger would provide astounding opportunities for both companies that was reflected early through the rise in their stocks after the merger plans were disclosed. Arcelor CEO Guy Dolle however, is skeptical regarding the compatibility of the two companies.
