ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Copper and Brass Sales Inc. of the ThyssenKrupp Materials N.A. Inc. has completed the acquisition of the assets of C-S Metals Service Inc. The deal includes all inventories, equipment, machinery and assumption of the lease. C-S Metals Service is a distributor of nonferrous metals, focusing primarily on aluminum plate, sheet and extrusions. Frank G. Kevane, CEO of Copper and Brass Sales, said that the acquisition will increase the market coverage of the company.
