ABSTRACT
The article reports on the appeal of Apple Corps Ltd. to Judge Edward Mann's decision about the logo used by Apple Computer Inc. for its iTunes Music Store in the U.S. Apple Corps insisted that the design does not contravene with Beatles' hallmark. Apple Corps managing director Neil Aspinall stated that the judge had made a wrong decision and they expected a reverse conclusion on the appeal. Apple Computer CEO Steve Jobs, on the other hand, saw other opportunities from the ruling.
