She, including her associate Suzanne de Passe, intends to produce the film under their new production company, de Passe/Zane Entertainment. Lionsgate president Michael Paseornek hopes that the company's move would be the beginning of a long and productive partnership. Meanwhile, Zane is already working on with One Voice Communications to develop a stage version of the book.
