ABSTRACT
The article provides some insights into developments and business opportunities relevant to the use of digital technology in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific. In North America, the Internet have begun their influence in improving filtering and content search functionality, towards the use of internet advertising methods. In Latin America, the growth of digital media has been slow due to a less developed telecommunications structure. Europe became the second-largest broadband market in the world, while Asia Pacific is slightly behind Europe in terms of digital media development.
