ABSTRACT
The article discusses ways to profit on crude price increases in the United States. Crack spreads for heating oil and crude oil on the New York Mercantile Exchange could profit from oil price hikes. A crack spread is the calculation of the value of a barrel of crude oil in terms of the value of its refined products. Another profitable trade is a low risk trade using a time stop and heating oil crack spread. Another good investment is in the Canadian Index Fund which has outperformed any American equity index.
