ABSTRACT
The article reports on the partnership between the Teacher-Librarianship by Distance Learning program at the University of Alberta and Hong Kong Education and Manpower Bureau (EMB) to deliver a Diploma in Teacher Librarianship program in Hong Kong, China. EMB chose the School of Professional and Continuing Education to provide the academic and administrative support for the program. The author asserted that her involvement in the initiative enhanced her ability to work with foreign students.
